EFT Session / Integration

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a scientifically proven mind-body technique that works by interrupting our bodies biological stress response. This allows us to create new neural pathways to process emotions with ease and grace.

These sessions are designed to help you move through whatever is showing up on the conscious level as you are detoxing, unpacking and releasing deep core traumas & limiting beliefs from our Core Clearing Sessions.

This is a tool that you can use for the rest of your life to empower you to shift and release your heavy emotions with confidence and ease.

Core Clearing Session

Core Clearing Sessions are a unique method of transformational healing that combines Meridian-Point Tapping and Near-Linguistic Programming to clear, release and reprogram your subconscious energies at the deepest level of your being. This signature method involves intuitive kinesiology to test the individualized blocks that have been created through your life's fear-based experiences and traumas.

Core Clearing Sessions get to the root of what's keeping you blocked so you can release that fear-based programming and step into a life aligned with clarity.

Our trauma creates fears, our fear creates our blocks, and our blocks have kept us from knowing who we truly are. When you change your energy at its core, you change the entire make-up of your life.

I will need your full birth and current name and permission to test your energy blocks in advance of our session using intuitive kinesiology.
